  This branch had the worst customer service I’ve ever seen, white lady at the desk with glasses is very rude and unprofessional, cuts you off while your talking, doesn’t know how to greet people, they are very slow , slack off while you wait in lobby , this is my second time coming back to this branch and experiencing bad customer service. White man who sits in the back is also very rude and inpatient

  branch people are fine Huntington bank is horrible to me. Cancelled credit card slow or no online or phone customer service cannot call branch only leave message, slow or never call back. Debit cards fail, checks not read properly. Lied about issuing me lines of credit. Don't advise me why when they just simply don't do what they say they will do. Ivory tower mentality, Takes 3 months of war for branch manager to find out why. Dont have these problems at keybank.

  Husband has had issues with people being rude every single time he's been in this branch. Teller refused to let him speak to manager which is absolutely unacceptable. YOU GUYS NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER

  Very slow service every time I go here. I stopped going to this location after they accidentally deposited a couple thousand dollars into my account. I noticed it the next day and it took them a week to correct. I would have been really angry if I was the other person with the large deposit that got misplaced. Horrible mistake for a bank to make.

  Steve is a very rude bank teller. He asked me a question and as I was answering he cuts me off and asks someone behind me a question . I found that very rude . Try to avoid that man . 😡
