FCB1I attempted to close an account because of the switch from bbva to pnc and i withdrew all my money but they stated they could not close my accounts because I had two charges pending and therefore left that amount to clear those charges. I have no access to the mobile website because of the switch and therefore I could not cancel my card and the teller failed to so and a new charge came in while my balance was at 0 and I over drafted. I went again paid 40$ for a 10$ charge and they said I still could not close my account and to go a third time!! At least ill be done dealing with this bank soon!
