  Been banking with Wells Fargo for 20 yrs now. I love the staffs friendly service. I’m always greeted with a smile. If you want to talk to an experienced banker, Visit Anthony Ramos in Raymondville. He’s the best!

  There's two ladies at drive thru who are always friendly but sometimes I get the lady who always seems to be having a bad day and just has a not so nice attitude and it seems like she so displeased with my small transactions, but she must be having some different things happening to her often to always looking rude Unfortunately at another branch I always had a couple of transactions on every pay period and the same lady would attend to me but would always insist on getting banking online, at one point she became upset when I told I would rather not, so if everyone does their own banking online why do we need the bank tellers, there's always a way to speak to people.Just saying.

  Last few times I've been there they always screw something up in the drive through,I don't know if they are distracted or what

  This is the worst customer service we have ever encounter with. Service Manager was very rude and unwilling to help in any way. Apparently if you are not from this branch they (service manager and branch manager) are not willing to help. HOW SAD they dont value a customer.
