  I went in to get answers about a deposit that didn't go through last friday. Instead of trying to help me they acted like I was a burden. Then they gave me attitude and made me feel very unwelcome. I would suggest some customer service training. Take some accountability and responsibility and get to the bottom of money missing from someone's account and drop the attitudes

  I have been very satisfied with the service at PNC Linwood on East 10th street. I have always banked there since the beginning.

  Inside the bank is clean. The staff are either not helpful or not able to help. They claim they are unable to write a letter--one sentence--and sign it for me. Standing outside at the ATM to make a withdrawal, I was approached by a beggar. Definitely do NOT want to be approached when at the ATM. That was the worst, but even more times there are lesser things... a vagabond sitting on the steps right outside the ATM, e.g.

  Talk about a LAZY employees. The blonde I was speaking with today (7/22/19) was just completely rude and lazy as could be. And are very lucky I didn't shut my account down then. I WILL NEVER visit this branch again until I know the rude , lazy , and disrespectful employee is gone.

  The drive through lanes are ridiculously long, and at times, the ATM is out of cash.
