  Poor customer service to the upmost. The worst representation of services provided for minority by minority I've seen in my life,true enough they gave me my 1st shot at a loan from a financial institution and I did pay them back as well but,if I could do it all over again I'd bypass them.Never can get anyone at the East 10nth street location to simply answer the phone. High extremely high interest rates of the on all.my loans/financing from this organization. I had disputes that were not only mishandled but lost and denied even being done until I called corporate to investigate.

  I have NEVER seen a bank that you can't call and speak with someone over the phone VERY VERY inconvenient and terrible customer service when u work, and when you get off the bank is closed. It's already only a limited amount open and operating and then they want you to leave a msg to talk about your account need new bank ASAP‼️

  They never answer the phone, the company has gone down the past 3 years. A lot of hands on things causing too much confusion, communication is terrible.

  Terrible Terrible response time. I should say more like the branch manager never calls back. I was out of town with no access to My money. I have kept logs in which I called and had to leave voice mails. Then when you go into the branch they say the manager is on vacation or out on an extended lunch. They do not have any weekend hours. I prefer the branch on 30th they are very helpful and pleasant. But since that is not my base branch I have been told that I need to handle issues at the location on 10th st.

  Mary Lu is a very good bank manager. she is very helpful and follows up very diligently about issues. I was so proud to work with her and will continue to do business with her

  This bank is horrible. There's no one to help you on the weekends. upper management is rude. I was out of town and couldn't get access to my funds. I am definitely closing my accounts.

  I’ve been a member for a number of years. Always appreciate the personal attention and ability to reach out to someone who you know for assistance. Mary Lu, East branch manager, is excellent to work with and always responsive.

  I know people have had bad experiences, not me I love the staff they have been helpful to me since I became a member, the only I don't like is the phone system other than that a great place to back, they also have much lower interest rates! Than the traditional banks. I bank with the Financial Health by IU HEALTH ON SENATE😁

  I been bank over 19 year I love this bank friendly help and very nice sweet people and very friend I go one down town that one I go to very friend and nice clean place and help you

  When you try to call them by phone about questions, they really dont wanna answer the phone. Is this the kind of bank that i want... i have tried calling them for two days now and they dont call you back when you leave a voicemail.
