      *EDIT OF INITIAL REVIEW* I want to edit my initial review. After the incident described below, I filed an escalated complaint with PNC's customer service department, (by calling their 800#). With in a day I was contacted by a manager who was able to satisfactorally resolve my complaints. I understand, we are all human, and mistakes can be made. The level of contact and availibilty that the complaint department showed, and the suggested action to resolve this issue went above and beyond my expectations. Went into this branch to make my "initial" deposit to my account I had recently opened online. I had tried, online, to transfer funds from my existing (not PNC) account to my new PNC account, but it wasn't working. So I went into the branch. The teller helped me make the deposit and then, since I had just opened my account, she wrote down my account and routing number for me so I would have it. A week or so later I used the account and routing number, she had given me, to make online payments for my car payment, a loan, and several credit cards. The payments were all returned about a week later and late fees were then added to my accounts. After calling the 800# for assistance, I discovered the teller had given me the wrong routing number. She had given me the routing number associated with accounts opened locally, in branch, vs. online accounts. I had specifically told the teller, the account was opened online and that I was having issues making that initial deposit and this is why I came into the branch, to make the deposit. This inaccurate information is what caused my payments to be reversed. I trusted the information given to me by the teller is correct. I mean... I'm trusting you to properly handle my money and you can't even get my account numbers correct? Giving me inaccurate account information does not give me much confidence. That, to me, is vital information to get correct. Having just opened my account...this left a VERY bad taste in my mouth. We will see how things go from here.

      Very rude banker and the manger is not much nicer. Mistakes happen to give me my cash short $500 it is ok spcaially I did not recount the cash, But when I came back they admit the mistakes and give me the short money of course after a 10 minuets wait , But the rudeness I got from the teller was not acceptable she almost through the money in my face like it is my fault, Manger next to her and did nothing not even apologize. Took my money and left fast before I loose my temper and going it was $20 short

      Was assisted by Beth today, and she was extremely helpful and informative. I had to do a number of things, including closing a business account + credit card, opening a new card, etc. I've been banking with PNC for almost 20 years, this location for almost 10, and have never had a bad experience with them.

      Good except the one employee!!!! Everyone else is nice. The one employee disclosed my information to another branch employee who decided to share it with other unauthorized persons and gave out personal and professional information without consent! Gave me a bad experience!!!! Considering escalating my complaints as nothing is being done or changing banks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Shame that PNC closes at 5 Fridays now...no evening hours at all. And i miss the Sunday hours at Southmont.
