  I cannot thank Lynne and the team at this PNC brank enough. I have never had such a pleasant experience at the bank from beginning to end. I was greeted with a smile and escorted to Lynne's office. Lynne went above and beyond to help me with opening an account. She was so patient with me and took her time to make sure my account was opened properly. I will be moving all my personal and business accounts from Wells Fargo to PNC as a result of this amazing experience!

  Do not go to this branch or any PNC bank to cash a check They charged me 132.00 to cash a check just now. I know banks like wellsfargo Bank of America charge 5 to 7 dollars to cash checks but this bank charged me 132.00 and acted like it was normal. How can they do this. Going to report them to the better business Bureau. Maybe they can do something

  This branch and the branch in Snellville have the rudest employees I have ever been in contact at a financial institution. I traveled to this branch due to the customer service I received at the Snellville branch and to get the same customer service is absurd! PNC must train their banking employees on how to be rude!!! Very disappointed, as I always receive the best service via telephone!

  I was hesitant to come to this location due to the reviews, but I did it anyways because it was the closet lol. I got the pleasure of opening an account with Tanya ! She was amazing, super friendly and personable. In and out in 30 min. The rest of the staff even said goodbye on the way out. No complaints here.

  I'm surprised by the negative reviews. We've had a Girl Scout Troop bank account here, and always dealt with professional and courteous people. They even gave my daughters lollipops while they waited. I'm grateful to be seen on Saturday mornings since I can't get here during regular bank hours M-F.

  I don’t understand why do I need to show my green card or my citizenships to open bank account. I think my ID and SS it enough ( sun trust) the best they just do my account in 20 minutes without my green card or my passport.

  Slow service. Plus I applied for my first credit card in my life and they promised call me back. After 3 days I visited this branch but did not get any result. After a week I called 3 times by myself to know the decision. PNC declined my application for a credit card because I have no credit history (!!!). :) :) Of cause I have no credit history thats why I applied for the first credit card. I services by M.Moone. After that I decided to close PNC account. I dont see any profit of using PNC,

  DON’T VISIT THIS BRANCH! It took over 30 minutes to get absolutely nothing done and all I wanted was to withdraw money out of my account. Absolutely no professionalism or appropriate customer service! Please don’t waste your time, go somewhere else!
