I hate to use PNC online banking or to call for a balance. Neither are user friendly!! I never had a problem using online banking or obtaining a phone balance before Compass became PNC!! This is ridiculous!!! I am NOT a satisfied customer!!

Just in case they don't tell you, and they won't, if u tell them if its not in the bank don't pay it, you know overdraft protection. They charge you either way. They won't pay, but regardless you'll have a overdraft free Horrible bank Needless to say I changed banks. Love wells Fargo they even print you a temp atm card the SAME time you open an account.

I have been banking here for only a few years but in that time I have come to love the Atmosphere thats present when you walk in. Your greeted by smiling faces and a welcoming voice. The tellers have always been super helpful when assisting me. The Facility is kept wonderfully clean and neat. The ATM has never given me any issues. The location is easy to enter and exit.
