  Johnathan was my advisor. I’m a finance director for a dealership and I’ve been a GM and GSM. If I were taking over a store and needed a service manager, he would be my first choice. I wasn’t an easy client to deal with as I was stranded away from home, but he went above and beyond to make the experience as easy as possible. I haven’t been reimbursed by trip interruption yet and I’m loosing hope I ever will be, but the Carl Cannon organization did its part and for that, I am eternally grateful.

  I enjoy coming and seeing everyone at the dealership Everyone is always so friendly and nice The only complaint I hv is Why does the service department never gv us the customer a discount or send out coupons for oil changes But besides that Everything is always good

  Salesman was out the door and meeting us before we even got out of our car. Because of the website, we knew exactly which vehicle we wanted. From pulling into the lot to pulling out with our brand new vehicle, we were only there 3 hours. Great experience!

  My 75 year old sister bought a used car from keith rice. She told him she didn't want any extra. Next day after she signed a group of papers she found that they added $1008.00. She asked salesman rice to remove it..he said they add that to everyone.. RIP OFF of an old trusting customer is a NO mr.rice

  My husband and I were on the way to Birmingham when we had a tire blowout on 22 just past their dealership... they were quick to send someone to help us put the spare on, as well as locate us a replacement tire!! Thank you Jonathan in the service department for all you did to get us back on the road to enjoy our weekend!!
