  I haven’t ever received such horrible customer service in my life- this teller Jackie completely laughed in my face when I asked her a question - so unprofessional and rude. Management really needs to do a better job in hiring people who work with their customers- because of this awful experience I will be cancelling my account with PNC I need to have a bank who value their customers and have employees who offer excellent customer service and not what I went through. I do not recommend this location what’s so ever.

  This was the worst branch with the worst service from PNC that I have experience. This experience made me switch banks. The manager is terrible, does not care what goes on there and is not even willing to help her own employees. Their waiting system is absolutely terrible. Stay Away!

  Got there at 10 to 6 p.m. there was no manager there to assist me and the cashier was very illiterate will never go there again
