      Worst bankers in town. Waisted 20 mins waiting to get a new debit card but they unable to do so because gentleman in the office sitting crossed legs on chair talking on the phone. “Busy”

      Banks as a whole are criminal but when you have careless employees then it really becomes an issue. Loyal customer for 10 years and every time I walked in there was treated great. New employees and BM the inexperience shows. I have already went to the BBB and spoke to complaints dept through PNC. They have put too many peoples info out there to just be had without following proper policy procedures. They say they want to help when really all they want to do is get through the day. The BM lied directly to me. I’m done with a company that doesn’t care and thanks to Remy and Jeff I will never use or recommend PNC again. I highly recommend to Switch to another bank without fees, friendly customer service and actually worried about you as a customer. They are legally robbing you don’t put up with it anymore

      I went to unlock my online banking account . I met an agent named Remy and she told me she would give my log info through mail ! Even though, I haven’t received it yet ! Employees are very disrespectful! I will definitely close my business account there
