  This Boynton Beach location on Congress where Bradley is the manager is just wonderful and a joy to go into. I just want to thank and congratulate the whole PNC staff there for their professionalism and for being so helpful. I have multiple accounts here and I recommend everybody to come here.

  Never in my life experience racism like this. This PNC branch did that today in the past when I used to go in they were never that helpful they would asked a lot of unnecessary questions I never put two and two together till today. It’s a lot to unpack short version gave the teller my bank card and ID. She denies my transaction requests. I spent an hour there walk out empty handed.

  I'm a new customer. I had some issues with the account I signed up for online and went into this branch. I was greeted warmly by Mary Anne Domino. She exceeded all expectations, fixed my account and I walked out the door with my new account and debit card. Service like this is hard to find nowadays and highly recommend working with Mary Anne and PNC Bank.

  I can't speak for the customers, as I only come here to cash my checks, but I've never had an issue. I'm typically in and out in 5 minutes, they're always nice, and I never have to wait for another teller.

  Just went to Pnc to have a debit card printed. The wait was entirely too long and the man that assisted me Jack D. Christopher rubbed me the wrong way. I only have this account because of my job but I might close it. I’m over Pnc.

  Don’t ever come here on. Saturday if you need to see a personal banker... been waiting 49 minutes with no end in sight to the wait. 2 bankers working.

  PNC’s online website is constantly malfunctioning. I have spent countless hours on the phone with their online banking department. A broken website for me is a broken bank.
