  My friends and I were looking to buy houses around the same time, so we researched all physician loans available in the area. We all ended up getting our loans from Eric. He offered us the best rates available and patiently answered all our questions. The process was easy and transparent and he explained everything up front. Most importantly, his estimates were very accurate and there were no hidden fees or unexpected expenses. Highly organized. Will definitely go back to him again for my other financial needs and when I am ready to move to another house.

  Eric and his team have been amazing to work with. He is always just a phone call away and is never too busy to answer any questions. Eric and the team made the entire process very transparent and easy to understand. They walked us through everything and made it very painless. No one can beat their rates. If you are a new physician and in search of a home go to Eric first. Their new physician loan, with 100% financing, is exceptional.

  Eric at First Federal made the experience of financing our construction/land loan easy to navigate and to understand. He was incredibly informative and knowledgeable about the process and was always timely with a response if my wife or I had any questions. First Federal was also able to offer financing through the Physicians Loan program for our construction loan which is no other bank was able to offer us.
