Went in today after 1:00, needed to do a transaction that would have take no more than 5 minutes. We were told she has an appointment in 15 minutes we could come back at 2-2:30. PNC isn’t helpful since the change of personnel .

Jessica the branch manager answered my call this morning on my first call. She was helpful and explained what needed to be done for making a large transaction. Much better customer service than the other PNC branch in town!
