  Went to take some money off my card at the ATM outside once I put my card in the machine glitched then it said machine unavailable someone coming to fix it then it went back to its regular screen... my card got took then they claim they can't do nothing when I called... then I called again cause this bank should be responsible for there machine and looking at the reviews this been going on for a while and obviously this branch didn't fix its problems. Called second time lady says in the morning go back let them know so they can get a tech out. Let's see

  What a terrible service! OMG, honestly speaking MC Donald employees are more professional than these people! Arrogant and slow! The worst at service and the best at mistreating customers!

  Avoid using the outside ATM, and maybe the one inside the mall. The ATM slot jammed with my check half way inside. Instead of pushing it out it sucked it up and cancelled the transaction. When I went in to tell them what happened they said they had no access to the ATM itself. The people in the branch didn't help file a dispute when I thought they did. I didn't get a receipt of any kind to prove they did. Ended up calling customer service to help, even though the manager Dirce said I didn't have to worry about doing anything.

  This has been my home branch for nearly 4 years now. My experience has been awesome. The only issue that I ever encounter is that the cash advance machine often is not functioning on the weekend. But that's a reflection on PNC as a whole rather than the branch. I visit the branch weekly and the staff knows me and my little ones. They are very friendly and helpful to us. I visited the Georgia Avenue location twice, and twice it was a stressful experience. I will continue to visit the City Place Mall location as long as I live in the area.

  Completely incompetent. Usually when people are doing complicated business (setting up accounts, getting a second person on an account, etc.), you get to sit down and talk to someone. Here, they just gave us a piece of paper to fill out, which didn't do at all what we had requested, and gave us the run-around. I just ended up going to another branch because I could never get a straight answer from this one. They even spelled my partner's name wrong on important documents. These people have no idea what they're doing, and there are two other branches in close proximity that are competent. Go there instead.

  I've been banking with PNC for Some time and has had satisfactory service almost everywhere except here. At this particular branch the staff is completely incompetent starting with the branch manger Sharone. Rude, unprofessional and rushed are the words I would use to discribe my experience here. Though I live in the heart of silver spring I do all that I can to avoid and minimize the unpleasant experience that comes with visiting the branch. Good luck

  I called this local branch with a question specific to this location and the woman who answered abruptly directed my call to the general PNC phone calling center in Michigan. I then called back and someone else picked up the phone and tried to do the same thing. She stated that she was too busy to help me and couldn't call me back because she would always be busy in the future.

  So poor customer service especially the lady that her name was linda she was unprofessional so rude she don’t know how to help customer never come back again on this location.

  Complete incompetence...Computer system could not process my APPROVED Loan application. This want went on for over a week!
