  Worse bank! They are always slow in drive through,they NEVER answer the phone and half the time they don't know what they are doing 😡 I'll gladly be switching banks today!

  Slowest bank I've ever dealt with they are never in a hurry. You'll be sitting in line for a hour to get a check cashed... They don't open until 9 am and closed on Saturdays 😐

  If I could give 0 stars I would !!! Worst of the worst … makes no sense to charge someone a paper statement fee if the customer never received it. It’s like charging a customer for services or merchandise never received !!! Pathetic

  I've only had my account open with BBVA a few months. My only only grief with them was this- when I first opened my account I was (understandably) considered a "new account." My issue was the fact that since I was a new account, any checks I tried cashing would have a hold placed on them. I've never had that issue with Any other bank so this was a new and frustrating situation. However, the staff at my main branch was more than willing to help me with that issue. Only catch was that I had to go in branch to speak with someone instead of being able to use the atm or the app on my phone. Once you get past new account standards, BBVA compass is actually a pretty decent bank and staffed with pretty polite people who are willing to go the extra mile to assist their clients.

  I hate to leave one star because most of the people in this branch are great! The assistant manager and she made a point to tell me who she was every single time wants to give me a problem no matter what it is I try to do. I swear if there was another Compass bank in Cullman I would go there instead of here just because of her. I only have the issues I am having at this branch. I can go to the main branch in Decatur and have no problems at all. I think she is just miserable and wants to make everyone around her the same way.

  I've been banking here for 15 years! Yes, I've had issues, but they have been handled quickly and professionally.🙌🙌
