  I am going through PMC Mortgage and it has been a nightmare! Supposed to close tomorrow and still don't have final numbers OR even know if it is happening....just received word we cannot close because their mortgage guy, Joel, did not update his information. I'm calling other places to try to fix his screw-up .

  Damon at the front was an absolute jerk. My husband has a heavy accent and has a difficult time pronouncing certain words and Damon had zero patience with him. It’s only two stars because Tina in the office was an absolute delight, but Damon gets zero stars.

  0 customer service and 0 knowledge of what they are doing. I would have given this branch 0 star if I could. Unprofessional and rud staff.

  Currently under construction to expand services (October 2016). They may have issues but the staff is well trained to take care of these.
