  I’ve been a customer of Centura/ PNC for over 20 years. Stopped in today to get a document notarized and there was literally one customer in the place. Very nice lady came out to help me. Asked the notary guy if he could help me. You could hear the conversation, and ultimately she came back and said ‘not today’. I could hear that he could take time to converse with her, so I said I could be flexible as I really needed to get it done. Solid no. Awful customer service!!

  I've banked here fir over 7 years. The inside service has been known to suck where the executives operate but the Teller service is good.

  I had a great experience at this bank. I recently moved to the area and needed to open a new account. I worked with Marcel who was fantastic. He made the process very transparent and easy. I'd certainly recommend this bank!

  The teller and the manager said I couldn't deposit a check under my husband's and my name to our joint account because they said it needs both our signatures. Lo and behold, I went to another PNC bank and they said it only need one signature. This make me waste an hour driving around on rush hour.

  I recently opened a Free Business Checking Account using this location. The service was fantastic!!! Everyone was so helpful and so respectful. I would definitely recommend this bank and this location to other small business owners!

  I enjoy this bank, the ATM is down for repair 1/10 times I am there, but the tellers are very nice and PNC App is really good

  Horrible people. They called me a liar repeatedly even after I provided documentation. This is exactly what a Big Bank experience is supposed to be.... I wish I could give zero stars.

  Always takes forever to contact them on the phone if you call the location. Always a wait..service is typically slow. changing to another bank today!
