  I live in the seagoville area and coming to this location is always a great convenience. From the moment I walk in they help me right away whatever questions or issues I have they quickly help me resolve them to the best of their abilities. I highly recommend coming to this location the staff are very friendly, welcoming and more importantly patient.

  They don't answer the phone, don't know the new system, locked down bank accounts during the cross over. No ATM at DeSoto location to deposit checks, since the lobby is closed on Saturdays. This is a terrible bank, not just the DeSoto branch.

  No ATM for two or three weeks, and finally they replaced. Attempted a withdrawal only to receive 1.00 Didn't know ATM"s dispensed dollar bills.

  I was with BBVA 31 year before PNC took over and I am SOOO disappointed. Not only do they not offer the same features, but I've come to believe this is now a training location the service is super slow with drive thru and counter rep are clueless. So unhappy I've moved to a different bank institution.

  I went go get a cashiers check on 8/3 to pay my rent, the teller said they were out of them. Can you believe that? A bank, out of cashier checks, WHEN THEY KNOW RENT IS DUE! It was already after 4:30 and I had no time to make it to another bank. My work schedule didn’t allow me to go back. You guessed it, $300 worth of late fees because of it. HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!!!!!! Would give 0 stars if I could!!

  Eddy really stepped up this morning to the satisfaction of me given him 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ today. I called to speak to a branch manager Eddy advised me BM was out on vacation. "Eddy asked how could help?, and my goodness Eddy did a AWESOME job. Eddy used his expertise and got my request completed. Eddy thank you! BBVA member since 2015!

  Worst customer service . They refused to open accounts without knowing the proper protocol and asking toooo many personal questions . Avoid this branch they are rude and unprofessional . I directly went to Wells Fargo at Tom Thumb and was helped instantly , I walked out with a debit card and no issues or racial profiling . Ms Valdez and branch manager have no ethics or professional manners. Their ATM never works anyways and they say they are all manages but they are not . :P

  I never have a problem with other branches but this one! Don’t come here there rude and don’t like to take care of you. First the ATM machine never works!!! I went to the drive thru to cash a check and the guy never even said hi, he took the check and deposit it and never asked me what I wanted to do; I wanted to cash it and not deposit it. Today I came to cash my husbands check and they said they couldn’t (we have a joint account and I have NEVER had a problem with other branches but this one) I don’t recommend this place at all!!! Go somewhere else this already has bad reviews!

  Opened a line of credit and a credit card. Made a $1900 payment at this branch and the guy applied it to a zero balance credit card instead of payment to the loan. He said well I can have it reversed and applied in 24 hours. 72 hours later it was still not done. Drove back and requested they just cash advance the positive balance and apply it. That was done but later I see my credit card has a $1900 charge two weeks later. I call the dumd a$$ customer ser vice and they drill me on verifying my identity all to sy that she cannot see the account after receiveing my account # and SSN# and last 2 deposits. I call the bank this occurred because they would remeber what happened since this has been 3 weeks of retardation. More idiotic events to even type. I'm done with this bank.
