ATM did not dispense our money today, our card was charged. My husband went inside to be told "oh this has been a problem for people all day long" so I'm not sure what kind of business would allow customers to have to go through the grueling process of disputing this with their cards, instead of just putting up an out of order sign on the ATM or calling someone to fix the problem. I would not use this ATM if you can help it unless you want to risk having to dispute and then wait a week for your money.

The other day I accidentally put my hand through my car window. It was like it wasn’t there at all. I fear that the change is spreading, and becoming more serious. I first noticed it a few weeks ago when I started to have decreased feeling in the tip of my right index finger. I could see that the tip of my finger was there, and when I touched it with my other hand it felt hard, like it was made of metal; and the sensation that it had was somewhat decreased when I tried to touch something with it. When the feeling started to spread down past the knuckle I went to the hospital to try to have someone look at it. The doctor had X-rays taken, but it just showed up as a solid mass. He was explaining that it may be some form of calcification, but said that was impossible since I was still able to bend the knuckle. They were unable to puncture my skin; first with a needle and then with a small drill. The doctor seemed worried, and made a referral for me to go see another doctor the next week; but the whole thing just stressed me out. I don’t think I’m going to see any more doctors. I couldn’t cut the nail on that finger, which started to look weird, but it made for a convenient box-cutter. When the feeling made its way down past the third knuckle and into the rest of my hand I was able to start touching my affected finger to part of my affected palm. It felt...normal. When the rest of my body touches them they feel hard and unyielding, but...well...I don’t know exactly how to explain how it feels when it’s affected areas touching each other. When my thumb changed I started to try to hold things between my new thumb and my new finger I found that it was very tricky to not crush what I was holding. Smashing a blueberry felt exactly the same as crushing a marble or a ball bearing. There didn’t seem to be any limit to the strength in that hand. It seemed like there was potential for this to be a good thing, that maybe this was something I could use to my advantage. So far though, all I’ve done is break things. Most recently, my car window. Maybe when the change gets up past my elbow I will start to have a little more control. As of right now it is about midway up my forearm, and seems to be spreading faster than before. I’m not as worried as I used to be. I’m starting to think this may be a blessing in disguise.

The loan officers are a joke. Lied several times about several different things related to our loan. Every question we asked ended with a phone call to another department. We will NEVER get another loan through PNC because of the way we were treated at this branch. Looking to switch banks soon
