  I just like to thank Keaton for his good work ethic. He was very nice, helpful and professional. The excellent customer service he provided was overwhelming. He walked me through my personal loan step by step. It didn't take too long to get approved. Don't go with big name banks that they treat you as numbers.   Keaton was tremendously helpful in helping me with quite a difficult time consuming task, and not once showed any signs of stress or annoyance. This branch is far superior to its Scottsdale and Thunderbird location. The manager at the BBVA Scottsdale Thunderbird is very brooding and quite rude, in fact I’d go so far as to say he has an authority complex that has been allowed to bloat to what can only be interpreted as a “little man” with his phantasmal fiefdom he believes he rules over with little to no impunity from upper-management. Go see Keaton.

Previous business owner Loan and tech saavy Out of the 7 banks that I met with today, only BBVA confidently sold me on just exactly how they are going to meet my personal needs, and help with my business goals.   These employees are the best! They're always so nice and smiling 24/7! I love how they're willing to go out of their way to fix any issues and helped me BIG TIME in my moment of need! They even brought me a cold bottle of water! I highly recommend them!
