  I went in with my nine-year old son because he wanted to exchange some dollar bills for some rolls of coins. Even though we didn't even bank there, they were so helpful and sweet in helping my son. I currently don't have bank accounts with them now, but will soon in the future because they were so friendly.

  I love this bank! Their team is very friendly and efficient. They have helped me out on multiple occasions to get important transactions handled in a pinch. It's so much better to bank with locals instead of some huge conglomerate that'll just treat you like another number. Extra thanks to Kaitlin who always has a great attitude and dog treats for my puppy!

  Plumas Bank manager Elizabeth Wainscoat provided excellent customer service for me while I was working through the PPP loan and opening a new account. I highly recommend working with Plumas Bank for any financial needs. This smaller town bank really knows their customers and supports their needs.

  After a decade of banking with a business account and depositing a lot of money over the years with this Bank - they have discarded us in our time of need - rude, will not return phone calls or emails with numerous requests for help with SBA loans during this Covid crisis that mandatory shut down of our business. Stay away - bank with Bank of the West - we have a super mall savings account with Bank of the West and all they do is reach out offering assistance, guidance, and offers of help. We beg for help from a bank we have deposited TONS of money to over the past decade and they cannot even call or email us back. They are just a corporate bank pretending to be a local caring bank, trust me they are not

  As far as tellers/customer service go - Fabiola is always helpful and very friendly, however Kaitlyn has consistently given the WORST customer service I have ever received. Always very unpleasant and rude with an awful demeanor. For a small town branch, you would expect a different level of quality.

  Love this bank! Everyone is so helpful and they helped our business with our PPP loan. I highly recommend if you have small business in Truckee
