  My husband pawned a ring and a necklace in this shop and when he went to pick up the pieces the staff couldn’t locate them. After multiple attempts to find my ring and necklace I was asked to identify my items which I did and they returned my ring but they did not return my chain. If you want to keep your things do not bring them here.

  I have always had the best service by these people that work here and the Owners Asmar Akman and Father Sabri Akman. They treat you like family and have helped me more times than I can count. Always helping to find just the perfect piece of Jewelry or surprised me when on a few Occasions I brought in some things in my home That I just wasn't wearing or some Electronics sitting in a box.   Best customer service Asmar is the best jeweler in the business. Dedicated, has a passion for what he does and I’m satisfied every time I visit. He even gives me jewels for close to nothing not too many jewelers are that cool. Great guy

  I was looking for a 14kgolden locket and a 14k gold chain for my wife. My search began at Kay Jewelers because i was recommended to someone. They wanted 1.2k for the locket and chain. I came to Pleasant Pawn Shop and got exactly what I was looking for $350, NO JOKE! Plus with our daughters birthstone on the locket, and they had it in stock in the store! lm glad I walked into Pleasant Pawn Shop today! The owner was there and dealt with me personally and even talked me out of spending more on another piece that i would have had to wait to be delivered. Walk in here before you make a purchase elsewhere! These guys are legit!

  Best pawn shop in worcester. Hands down. Always people friendly. They explains everything to you and work on the best method to help you out. I always worried about pawn shop and how they take good stuff for cheap money. Its not like that over here. They treat you like family and more. So they always take good care of you.
