  What was great was the fact that even though I am deployed overseas, you found a way to take the entire thing out of my hands. You provided an avenue for a power of attorney in order to sign the loan documents, took minimal time away from my efforts downrange by doing all the foot-work so I didn’t have to, and in the end you saved me almost $2000 a year on my mortgage payments. Your process was painless and effortless for me and my PoA as usual, and the digital document signing makes for quick review. Thanks for everything Team Kaminski :) the congratulatory bag of cookies and personalized cutting board will forever remind me of your dedication and professionalism to others.

  Team Kaminski is great to work with: courteous, friendly, helpful and understanding. We've financed our original purchase and now 2 refinances with them. With this most recent one Dan listened, asked good questions and recommended how to structure the refi. Should we need financing again - they're our first choice Recommend them highly!

  Steve Kaminski and his team with Ami and Brittany helped me close escrow as a first time home buyer in 15 days! They were all knowledgable and able to thoroughly explain everything to me each and every step of the way. They made it a point to always be available when I had questions via phone/txt/email. I would 100% work with them again, and plan to in the future : )

  I'm a Realtor, and I funded my purchase with Dan Kaminski because other Realtors recommended him. I'm glad I did. Some transactions are simple, some can get complicated- You never know until you get halfway through a contract. Do yourself a favor- Go with Dan, you won't regret it.

  I highly recommend using Dan Kaminski as your loan officer! He is extremely knowledgeable having years of experience both as a lender as an investor. He is well spoken and easy to talk to. I’ve worked with 3 other lenders in the past, and though they were also heavily qualified, I will be solely working with Dan from here on out.

  Steve was incredible from the get-go. From our first conversation, I could tell that I wanted to work with Steve. Steve was kind, knowledgeable, understanding, and helped us understand everything that we had questions about throughout the duration of the home-buying experience. Ami and the rest of the admin team were all also excellent and prompt throughout which helped us close escrow in a tight window of time. I will refer Steve to my family and friends who are looking to buy in the future.

  This is the third transaction we have used Steve and Ami as our lending team. We will continue to use them for all our future needs. This market is wild. Steve and Ami worked quickly with our fast deadlines and as always they explained every step of the process so that we could understand everything. A house is the biggest purchase most people make in their life (especially in CA) and I cannot imagine making such a huge purchase without the guidance and assistance of this amazing team!
