  All of the guys working here are incredibly friendly and helpful! There’s always such a great selection of items and their vape selections are amazing! I wouldn’t go anywhere else and would recommend them to anyone!

  I am going to say I have been using this place for a few years. Customer service is excellent. They work with you and then some. I had an emergency and needed $60 and I went to Silas Dean Pawn on Farmington Ave. I brought 2 brand new samsung galaxy pro earbuds phantom violet. The lady tells me I can give you $10 each. I laughed at her she was serious told me I can only sell them for $25 each. I asked her to show me where she got that info and she had none she was selling. So I left and went back to Plantinum pawn it was a further drive for me but I got the money I needed. Stay away from Silas Dean rip off artists

  Jay helped me and my wife out multiple times now. Always patient, knowledgeable, and fair with prices. Everything I ever bought is working excellent and any time I pawned gave a fair price as well. If you want a good experience I highly suggest visiting Jay at platinum pawn in Bristol, CT!

  The people and things that platinum pawn are incredible! They have a great selection of electronics and everytime I have something to sell they work with me.. Jay is a great guy and I will NOT go anywhere else!!!

  This plc is the most loyal and actually helps ya. Best of all they don't try to give u them crazy fees other places do,well they do if u avoid them .. Keep it real with them and they got you..Others just don't care about their customers but my boys at platinum DO. Jay is a great guy always tries to help and always comes threw. I will never go to anybody but my boys Chris and Jay I can't remember the other owners name but he is a great dude as we always helpful. Thanks Guys Doug D..

  So I moved from New Haven I always went to the same pawn shop but being so dam far i had to find a good shop to go to. I tried 3 or 4 and I didmt like them at all. Never again will i go anywhere but here. Jay and Lenny are the best I deal with Jay mostly eveeytime Im there always hooks it uo.. Chris isnt there when Im in but i have spoken to him many times nothing but helpful and easy to talk to. If u ask Jay something it will be the same answer that Lenny or Chris would give you. So if you want a good shop to pawn your stuff or to buy things are you found the rt shop to go to.. I never stress if im late with payments all you habe to do is CALL DONT AVOID THEM.

  I had a great experience being my first visit. The service was quick and efficient. The staff was very welcoming and kind. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Chris, he kindly went out of his way to perform a service on my watch that they don’t typically do and I am very grateful. Highly recommend this store!

  Not in the habit of going to pawn shops but I heard that they usually carry watch batteries. So I googled and found this one. Very glad I did. Had 2 watches and no idea what kind they were or how to change them. The gentleman opened them up and quickly replaced them both for me. Store is very clean and well organized. Thanks!

  Great Bunch of guys! Always willing to work with me, the staff is cool and have knowledge of there products. They care about there customers and treat you fair. Hands down beat every other place in Bristol and surrounding area! I will remain a loyal customer!!! Give them a try!!!
