  Rachel and the rest of Platinum do a great job. I had a very difficult property to assess and basically everything that could have gone wrong on my end, did. They were never discouraged and always maintained a positive attitude. I've dealt with other mortgage companies and the agents there can't hold a candle to the service I received here.

  If you are looking for a team to help you through the mortgage process then I highly recommend Rachel and the Platinum Home Mortgage team! They made the process easy to understand and guided me through an otherwise confusing paperwork shuffle successfully. The platinum team’s continued support ensured the process continued despite my unavailability due to the welcoming of my newborn. Thanks to Rachel, my family has a new home and I didn’t have to lose any sleep getting here. There is nothing I can say to thank platinum Morgage for all their help and support. They are amazing!!

  Rachel and Yusef are beyond AMAZING!! They both went above and beyond to answer all of our questions at all times. They explained the refinance process and made sure we were comfortable the entire time.   The moment I called and spoke to Rachel I knew I picked the right place for my home loan. I had an amazing experience with Platinum Mortgage. Rachel knew I was living in a hotel and needed to close as quickly as possible. She did an amazing job at keeping me informed and trying to help with the stress.
