  I’d like to start by saying I had an absolutely great experience working with Joe Fernandez. Anytime I had a question about the home buying process he had a helpful answer and really just made the entire process as seamless as possible. He was always quick and responsive to get all of our documents finalized and ultimately got us into the beautiful home that we are in today. I can’t stress enough how easy he made this. It feels like a dream come true, I would definitely seek his advice and expertise again in the future and would recommend him to anyone in the market today! Thanks again Joe!

  We were referred to Joe Fernandez by my co-worker, because we were talking about refinancing. At first I was a little hesitant, but I’m glad that we decided to give it a try. In the beginning, Joe explained all of our options & answered any questions we had. He communicated everything to us throughout the whole process up until the very end.
