  Recently used the support center to assist with online banking. Found Tammy Forsythe to be perfectly knowledgeable, helpful, and most pleasant during this customer service engagement. I must inform you this survey is the result of two previous calls that did Not result in success. Tammy however, stayed with me and directed my efforts to complete my task. I think her dedication should be recognized. If management reads this I encourage you to let Tammy know I appreciate her. Although I may have misspelled her name.

  First off, Cynthia (Cindy) is AWESOME!!! She helped with my fraud issue and left me feeling at ease. She has great customer service skills, replied quickly to my messages, and talked to me as if she was a friend. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Thank you so much!
