  Horrible 6 month refinance experience. Zero communication on the company's part. Very rude staffers when you can actually get them to call you. One lie after another ...almost there next week, 2 weeks, hopefully next week. Give someone else your money not these people.

  If you are a current Planet Home Lending customer and want to refinance your loan-contact another lender. It took 5 months to get this done versus the industry standard of 22-45 DAYS.

  Turner Earnest was very knowledgeable and forthright with us throughout a difficult loan process due to VA rules. He communicated often and I might say “earnestly”...lol, as needed. I would definitely recommend him to get you “home” with your loan!

  Completed transaction in August 2020 in Citrus Springs, FL. Turner, was Excellent to work with. Set a timeline that was followed. Communication, questions or directions I needed, always answered same day I inquired. Actually, one evening around 7:30 PM, return my call. I have already passed on to a fellow Veteran, Turner's contact information.

  Terrible experience on our refinance, closed three months after the date we were given. Complete lack of communication throughout the process despite multiple calls and emails. Also was told there were would be no cash at close required but was then told the day of close we needed to produce a check. And just like the rest of our experience nobody would answer their phones or return a call the day of close to explain the change.
