  The worst experience I’ve ever encountered for multiple reasons. There were several circumstances where I had to help the employees do their job, including reading a bank statement. It is extremely concerning that this company is still in business. Using Lennar Mortgage ended up costing us WELL OVER the $10,000 they credit you for using them. There were multiple situations where the numbers weren’t adding up or making sense. They corrected it and repeatedly told me it was a mistake. Our neighbors also lost several thousands of dollars and encountered several issues. I’ll spare you the rest, but my realtor and I reported this business for predatory lending. Avoid at all costs!

  My experience with lennar mortgage has been outstanding. Overall process has been really smooth with out any issues. Special thanks to the loans officer Steve Austin , very professional, polite, knowledgeable and always answered all of my questions patiently and clearly. He has been on top of everything and gave regular updates through out the mortgage process which made the entire loan process completely stress free. I have got a good interest rate as expected. I would definitely recommend lennar mortgage ….

  My experience overall with Lennar Mortgage was awesome from beginning to end. Lennar Mortgage has a talented Mortgage Loan processing team. My loan officer was Yumiko White, I could not have worked with a more qualified, professional, knowledgeable or pleasant loan officer. Ms. White provided timely updates throughout the process and even called to explain the more complex details when I had specific questions. I never felt alone during my mortgage loan process as a first time buyer. When my loan officer was not available to assist me, another member of the team would step up to offer assistance and address my concerns. There was always someone available to guide me through the process, advising what the next step would be, and giving heads up on required documents with ample time to gather and forward the necessary documents. It's this type of efficiency that enables your home to close on time and with ease. I'm happy to say my home closed as scheduled and that I am now enjoying my new Lennar home. I highly recommend Lennar Mortgage as your mortgage loan finance company for an amazing customer experience. Thanks to Yumiko White and the Lennar Mortgage team my dream of 1st time home ownership became a reality.

  We worked with Loan Officer Peter Winter for our mortgage. He was very knowledgeable and always kept us informed throughout the entire process. He always promptly returned our phone calls and emails and kept us his priority. I’m sure all of the loan officers are great at Lennar Mortgage (Eagle Mortgage), but if you can request Peter Winter, then do so from the start. Thank you Peter!

  Our loan process was like butter...nice and easy. Our loan officer was Peter Winter who was patient, knowledgeable, answered any questions we had and was available when we needed him. Even when Peter was out of the office, if we sent him and email, he responded promptly and guided us through the home buying process. Ive always heard that the home buying process was difficult and aggravating, but working with Peter, it almost seemed unreal when we made it to the final closing date because he helped us all the way through. Peter Winter is the best!!

  Wow. Had a great experience with my mortgage, and specifically the people at Eagle who I worked with. Peter Winter is amazing with his communication. He is so responsive that he responds and even if I emailed him after 5pm, he has offered to call the same evening if I wanted. From beginning to end, he made sure I was aware of what was needed on my end and gave me updates of the mortgage on his end. It was a very smooth experience because of people at Eagle like Peter. Megan Layton also worked on various aspects and, like Peter, I couldn't say enough great stuff about. The same experience of her excellent communication and calling back in evening if I asked her to call. They worked really hard on their end which ensured a great smooth experience at closing. And Peter's congrats video on day of closing was a nice touch too! Also, you can tell from communications that they are both really nice decent people which is always a plus to work with. Tx
