  Melissa Ruble hit it FAR out of the park with excellent service, great knowledge, communication, accommodating, updating consistently and timely. She's a true joy for a realtor to work with- literally making the impossible happen. Three other lenders (from dominating the market, tried-and-true to investor lender) could not do it, but from the very beginning Melissa knew what was needed, asked the right questions, stated what was required and asked for all the proper documents. No surprises along the way and got it closed! Lots of lenders can do the standard loans but this was a far and above 1099 challenge and I am so grateful for her. It is such a joy to be able to help a family achieve their goals with the home they desire, exactly where they want. Melissa's work ethic is beyond incredible, long hours and does whatever it takes to do her job with excellence. Even realtors don't know everything that goes into a loan but there are many things behind the scenes to make it happen on a normal day without additional loan requirements or a pandemic. There was no down time for her and her family during COVID, she was participating in miracles whenever necessary; two of which were mine.
