  I've been dealing with Keeler for many years and I've had two loans with them. I moved from the area and am still very happy with the service from all the employees. If I have any questions or just need to check on my accounts they are just a call away. Thank all of you for your continued great work.

  Everything I try to set up or do at this bank ends up being a pile of S*it !!!! You try to call about a proplem you might get to talk to someone by the next day !¡👎 It is just Not working for me !¡!¡!👎👎👎👎

  I've had this account for almost 7 years. In the beginning I really liked it. The people were always friendly and helpful. But since 2016 I've had a lot of problems with them putting a block on my card. At first they told me it was because I was using the card in a different state. But instead of noting in their system that I would be out of state a lot to care for my dieing mother I would have to call them every time I used my card. Since my mother has passed away I do not travel as much. Yet my card still keeps getting blocked. And no one can tell me why. (Considering I'm trying to use it in state like they told me was the original problem) So every 30 days I have to go into a branch and have them unblock my card. This is too frustrating and I will be closing all of my accounts. KFCU needs a better system.

  They are a great bank to deal with. I have no issues with them. The whole process with my loan went very smoothly and quickly.

  All the employees knew exactly what they were talking about! Helped me with my car loan and step by step how to do all the online stuff. Very kind and I would recommend for sure

  I have so many issues with Keesler. I'm about to change banks. They are so unorganized for a bank. I dont recommend them at all. If you want a bank that will do what's right its not Keesler.

  Very nice staff, clean place, with a very nice Branch Manager named Sherry Kennedy, who is always smiling, and keeping up well with everything, and is always nice to her employees and costumers when I see her. It seems like her kindness makes the employees work even harder!

  Worse bank in history they can't even remember my name and I've been banking with them for 13 years and the have no people skills they just blurt out everything about your account for all to hear would not recommend this bank for anyone
