  Edward Warfield was amazing! I can't speak for everyone at this company but ED has been great. I've been working on buying a home for a couple years and Ed was always there when i had questions about the process. He took his time and explained everything to me.   Taylor was amazing! He was detail oriented and very helpful in helping me understand the options available. Taylor was super responsive and answered all phone calls, questions and messages even after hours. I’m a first time home buyer and Taylor really took that into consideration and explained the entire process from start to finish. I told him that I wanted to close in 30 days because my rental lease was ended and he made sure that he worked even after hours to make that happen.   Ed Warfield at Planet Home Lending is an amazing human! He was so generous with his time, communication and sound advice. There were so many things that came up that were outside of our control and Ed stood by us, fought for us and helped us make it to closing! We literally could not have done it without his hard work and determination. If you need a mortgage Ed is your guy!   Planet home lending is a great finance company who has experienced and dedicated teams that helps make your house buying dreams a reality.me and my wife had went through different lenders and such a hard Time finding a loan that met our requirements and then one of there loan officers called me and even though I felt like giving up on home buying for a while he was able to show me what they offered and met our needs and out dedicated officer Ed Warfield helped us every step of the way and worked late hours with his team to do any everything possible to make our loan possible he was very honest and only kept our best interest in mind . They even referred us to a great realtor and helped with some of our closing cost . Because of their great customer service and dedication I will refer and tell any and everybody to use planet home lending as their lender.

  Made our first time home buying process pleasant. Greg Munsterman is very knowledgeable and does not discriminate against race/ color. When you have questions (which you will a lot) he will take time to answer them. Even when he’s at home with his family. They got us a great rate and made everything so smooth I definitely recommend Planet Home Lending. They also send videos along your journey to help you to see what’s next.

  Excellent experience! We closed within 3 weeks of writing the contract. Buyers did a VA loan and everything handled very efficiently. Ed (the loan officer) communicated with everyone throughout the entire process. I will always refer clients to Planet Home Lending.
