  I just closed a a loan with Russel Hood! He was an absolute joy to work with! Russel helped to lessen many fears and worries I had along the way by being so informative and reassuring.   Planet Home Lending was a great home buying experience. Randall was excellent. He was available anytime and also after normal business hours. He explained in detail what was happening each step along the way. Any questions I had Randall promptly answered. Highly recommend Randall and Planet Home.

  An awesome experience. Randall was a fantastic partner for my wife and I. He worked tirelessly to get us in our new home and was always available to talk to us. He was very trustworthy and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying a new home.

  Without a doubt, Randall Harper is the best! If you’re looking for someone who doesn’t have the typical banker’s hours and is readily available to answer any and all of your questions, he is your pick.   I began looking for a new home from Ohio 6 months before I moved to Mississippi. I knew my credit needed some help and wasn't sure if I could even get approved for a mortgage loan. My realtor Iana gave me Randall Harpers name. She told me if anyone could get me approved, well it would be Randall. When I was speaking to Randall he never once made me feel less than because of my credit. He worked with me and gave me help to raise my score to a approved eligible. I was so excited that I finally could move closer to my grandchild. I am in my new home and the process went without a single thing going wrong. If you need a mortgage loan he is your man.   Randall Harper is AMAZING!! I had recently lost my husband of 25 years, very unexpectedly. My kids and I chose to sell our house and buy a brand new home, to try to begin our healing process. Unfortunately, for period of time, right after he passed away, I let a couple of bills become late. I had one derogatory comment and my credit score had fallen, which is a huge deal with banks. They don’t care what the reasons are, your score is your score. I was told by the bank I had my mortgage with for 23 years, “there’s not a bank out there that can help you.” That's when I met Randall Harper...Not only did he HELP ME, he made it possible, and he made it EASY!!! AND I closed on our NEWLY CONSTRUCTED HOME IN 14 DAYS!!! He was there for me every step of the way, answered every question I had regardless if it was during the day or night. He even came to my CLOSING! He gave us the new start that we, as a family, needed!! From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Mr. Harper and Planet Home Lending!!!
