  Mrs. Rachel Wilson has done nothing but help me ever since I walked In her office, I highly recommend you ask for her and let her help you the same way. Mrs. Rachel not only cared about my financial status but she guided me in a financial advisor way because she cared. I’m not some auto review or a computer making a comment, I live less than a mile from this Keesler office. I was literally in her office today and she saved me $5,000! Ask for Mrs, Rachel and you will not be disappointed. She listened to what I had to say and helped me, I truly feel she cared and didn’t make me feel like just another client. Thank you Mrs. Wilson!

  Tikita has been one of the best. Whenever I need a loan or just have a question she has always been helpful. One of the best customer service. Make sure you ask for Tikita at the Flowood location

  Opened a simply debit account with them and specifically asked about direct deposit and how to do it and everything. Was not told that my account number basically meant nothing and that I was supposed to use my savings account number at the bottom of my direct deposit card they gave me. My check from my employer was held a day, then returned the next morning to my corporate office, but even then Keesler wouldn’t release the funds for another 24 hours. So here I am having to wait and extra 4 days for my check to be redone because of their mess up. I will be closing my account immediately.

  I had the best experience at Kessler Federal Credit Union in Flowood. Ms. Tikita Thornton was exceptional. She was so helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. She deserves a raise and a promotion. If you're looking for a credit union try Kessler but ask for Tikita. She's the best!

  Great credit union. Haven’t had a bad experience in the first year we’ve been here. Highly recommend. (My firm had no issues with direct-deposit into my checking account).

  Tikita Thornton is the best rep! I had done a car loan and got approved online. I was dealing with the phone agents and my loan process came to a stall. Tikita's name was given to me I reached out to her and got my check to take to the dealership and my new car in under an hour! She is AMAZING
