  I just refinanced through planet home lending. The process was very quick and painless. I worked with Michael Ciavarella. Very quick to respond and helpful. If I could just give him a 5 I would. However I already had a mortgage with planet home lending and they kept calling and asking where my payment was. I had to tell them several times I was refinancing through them. I even got a delinquent notice payment. So obviously they don't have a good system. Should have seen notes in my file. Also do not pay by check to them. They have lost payments. Have cashed them late so therefore I get a late fee. Always set it up through the website. But the refi was fast. No appraisal fees. And low closing costs.

  I despise this mortgage company. I have requested not once but several times for a manager to return my call. Their customer is the worst. I have had agents give me an attitude and hang up. Also I dislike when i speak to an agent and then another agent gives me 2 different answers. First opportunity I have I WILL refinance elsewhere. Sadly my loan was sold to them in the first place. Ugh

  Eric and Planet Home worked with my wife and I extremely well. They even helped me out with other paperwork after we closed. You often never hear from the loan company again after the deal is done. Glad to see they do things differently.

  This was the easiest refi I have ever done. Even though we had a couple of issues (incorrect info as rental, my husband located 8 hours away), Neilson did an awesome job of quickly taking care of those issues, so they really became non-issues. I would use Planet Home Lending again for a new mortgage or another refi. They made it really easy!

  If I could leave negative stars I would. We refinanced our property and it was picked up by planet. We never received any information regarding that and called around to our broker, previously lending company to find out who we needed to make payment to. Finally 2 months after they picked up our loan my husband gets a call from a debt collector stating we owed money. I promptly got on the phone and called the number and they refused to speak to me bc I’m on the deed not the loan. My husband then called back and faxed over paperwork adding me to the file so I could supply payment. We spent over an hour on the phone for them to then look for the paper work he sent in and give our billing information at the conclusion of the call he apologized and stated he would also send out paper work this was on June 29, 2018 July 7th I received a call now saying our account was over due this time it was a live person I told the woman what had happen and she stated she couldn’t talk to me bc they have no paperwork for me Soooo.... my husband had to call back again Refax and re email everything the woman then stated that no payment was ever made I supplied her with the confirmation number and she stated it must have been the wrong account # I verified funds were not withdrawn and gave her the information AGAIN today 7/20/2018 another woman called saying the account was over due, but this time I could see the payment in my account as could she and she proceeded to be very condescending and rude. I have never in my life dealt with such absentminded staff that lacks accountability for their mistakes. Run from this company!
