PlainsCapital Bank Reviews

Michael Lewis1I had banked at River Oaks Bank, the predecessor several times removed, from the currently listed owner. With the new owners I was verbally informed of a minimum balance requirement to avoid a service charge, which was different than it was before, and either the representative lied to me or the minimum balance was changed again without my noticed as I have kept the balance I was told was required to avoid a service charge and have still been charged the service charge. I am very displeased and would strongly recommend anyone considering a banking choice to consider banking elsewhere.
Response from the ownerHi Michael Lewis, thank you for sharing. We have passed this information along to our management team to be addressed immediately. Thank you and have a great day.
