      This company's mortgage service team sucks. Their mortgage payment system sometimes has problems and would deduct less amount from your account and then right away they would report late payment to your credit bureau and destroy your credit. When you tried to explain what happened, they were ruthless and refused to listen and help. Don't ever get mortgage from them!!!!!!

      I wont go to this location anymore. One of the tellers was very rude at the drive up window. The drive up window closes at 530. I got there maybe a minute or two before. Only because I had to drop my kids off at home after a funeral we had just been to, and then took longer to get to the bank because of a train passing. I get to the window my account number in hand trying to make it as easy as possible, apologizing as much as i can. As she opens the window and says.. Are you serious? I was just about to turn off the light. Shaking her head in disbelief. She takes my account number and walks away shaking her head the entire time... It was rude... I was already upset from the funeral, I was there before 530, and didn't deserve the attitude. So now I'm just going to use the one on hwy81. My experience with her sucked, But over all, I am satisfied with this bank.

      Friendly tellers and comfortable temperature. In other words, the bank was not overly air-conditioned to the point that the outdoors seem even warmer!
