  Told my fiance that he had fees AFTER closing the account as well as using other banks... so making us pay fees they are responsible for while assuming we dont know how banks work. recomend going elsewhere. also charges fees on accounts without notifying the account holder.. im either closing my account or calling corperate at this point.. dont go here

  Samantha, an employee at your Wynantskill branch is a positive factor to your company. I came through the drive through and had incorrectly filled out my forms.   Danica at the Wynantskill NY branch is a wonderful employee. She is consistently pleasant and very helpful. Whether Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. or Friday evening, she is always extremely pleasant and a pleasure to do business with. She is a valuable asset to your financial institution.   My boyfriend and I prefer this bank and location because of how friendly and helpful the staff are! They were so patient with us while we learned about investing. We always enjoy chatting with them whenever we go.

  I went to this location to make a deposit. Although it didn't seem that busy I was treated as a nuisance by the staff, and when I asked to take out money as well as make a deposit, the teller told me "I am not an ATM" in a patronizing tone. I'd rather not have the employees of this establishment take their daily frustrations out on me.
