  I tried to help a client of pioneer federal who was disabled . They had a debit card stolen and there money stolen . This bank is one of the most difficult institutions I have ever dealt with It took hours to get someone to report the card was stolen . There is still no resolve for a disabled senior citizen stranded in another state . With no money after there account money was stolen . I don’t think I would like to be in that position! The Sheriffs Dept. had to be called for something pioneer federal could have handled immediately . Would any of you want to wait 4 days for your account refunded if you didn’t have any money ? Wow ! Zero Stars..

  I would give NO stars if possible for the Glenns Ferry Branch. Most unprofessional and incompetent branch manager I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Mickie has zero people skills and thinks she is so much better than everyone who banks there. But what do you expect when they hire a non-local to run the place. She comes from the Hagerman Valley which explains her "I'm better than everyone" attitude. Used to be much nicer when locals were employed there and knew the community and the people who live here. Save yourself the headache of incompetence and bank elsewhere.

  We loved working with Mickie on getting our car refinanced at the Glenn's Ferry Branch! The process was fast, easy, and painless and we did most of it over the phone! We have loved working with the tellers and loan officers there as well! My husband and I recommend seeing Mickie and her team for anything!

  The Security Department is outstanding in attempting to protect their members. In their efforts they save a member from the time and hassle in disputing a claims.

  We love our Pioneer FCU branch here in Glenns Ferry! They are part of our community, not just a 10-5 business. The tellers dress up and decorate the branch for spirit week with the school, halloween, and every other holiday. All the tellers know the members of the community by name and greet you. Its an amazing place to bank!

  I love Pioneer Federal... having been a member for over 25 years we were concerned about finding a close branch when we moved to the small community outside of Mountain Home. We were very excited to find a branch right here in our small community. Especially one that greets you by name, knows every family member by sight, and willing to help in community events. We love the friendly family feeling when banking.

  I have been a member at Pioneer for 5 years now. I love going into the bank and seeing the Branch Manager Mickie Z as well as her tellers. I have never had a bad experience and do not plan to move any of my banking needs anytime soon.

  I've been with the GF branch for almost 20 yrs . Throughout those years they have helped fix my credit and build my banking experience. Just last week Mickie worked like mad to help me get the pickup I've long awaited for. Thank you Mickie and the team from GF branch!

  This is the best credit union I've ever used! Banks and other credit unions are terrible all those fees and bad customer service. Not here! This branch has the friendliest tellers I've met! They take such good care of me and they always make sure I have everything I need before i leave the branch! 5 stars hands down!!!😊😊😁

  Mickie was super helpful setting up my accounts when I first moved to this town and has helped me get financially established along the way. All the tellers are extremely friendly and helpful. I love Pioneer! 💘
