  Waiting over an hour for someone to pick up the call and they only play elevator music on the line nothing stating who I’m actually calling seems like a scam not professional to say the least disappointing to be honest no customer service

  They have left messages for old neighbours in university dormitory though they have my email address and address. We're all familiar with google so simply leaving a phone number with reference ID regarding a virtual stranger. All parties that used the identical email address on the company's records to contact me were able to identify the nature of the call; by leaving such messages, they are informing others of a private matter. IF legal, it certainly isn't ethical

  Worked for this company during the summer of ‘20. They have no idea what they are doing. We get different managers each month and each manager has different ways of doing the same thing and if done differently, we get told the way we have been doing it is wrong so we end up having to learn everything all over again because a different manager was “doing it wrong” None of them have had experience being a manager either, they all were regular employees like us who were just told to teach a group of about 100 of us all at once in a Skype call. My last manager I explained in an email I have ADHD so I might need some help understanding stuff at times, he sent me a link for administrative leave and the next week I was fired with no specific reason given! After leaving them and trying to go on unemployment I was told by the operator in DOL that they say I am still working there when I was in fact fired. I have now been trying to get a hold of them about collecting my paystubs for evidence but every time I ask to be transferred to payroll I either get hung up on or nobody picks up.

  Hailey Richards called me a couple months ago trying to collect money. I told her I was trying to find a way to protest the loan and the collection. She told me if I gave her my information that she would send me some information on how to see if I was eligible. She never did, she just sent me a bill. Pretty sure it’s illegal to lie over the phone to get what you want. Now I have filed to have my case reviewed for forgiveness and a stop collection order was filed until the investigation is over. But I am still getting calls from Hailey Richards.

  Representative named Gregory lied to me only to later apologize. This is a collection agency for student loans. You would do better to call your servicer directly to do a consolidation. They promise to have your tax offset removed in a week only to later say "oh i apologize I should have said 30-90days" . Well their lie just cost me $2,000!!!! This company is a SCAM. Do not do business with them under and circumstances. They are only concerned with getting their commissions. Disgusting way to run a business. They should be put out of business!! If I could give ZERO STARS I would have. Gregory should be fired because he just cost my family their home. I don't know how he can sleep at night knowing he is lying you a widowed single parent with children promising their taxes will not be taken. Shame on you Gregory and shame on your managersfor allowing you to lie to their customers. You cost me '$2000 but I promise you THIS REVIEW will cost YOU much more PIONEER CREDITSCUM RECOVERY. I will call Navient DAILY placing complaints until they cancel their contract with your organization.

  Horrible horrible company. They will find 'fake reasons' to let you go, when they can't afford to keep certain departments open. Or if you have medical emergencies with family members that are on their deathbeds. Very horrible people with self motivated ambitions. Not understanding at all. Be very wary looking for work at this very shady company. Never worked here, but knew a few that worked here for over 10 years, top ranking employee, that was let go for needing to take care of her sick and dying husband. Poor poor leadership and even poorer boss to employee relations. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

  NEVER got any piece of mail from them indicating I was in default of my loan. So they, without any response, decided to garnish my tax return. So they will get nothing more from me. Tried calling...no answer. Ever. No call backs. Ever. How do they take money when people call to rectify.

  I am currently working with pioneer recovery by making small monthly payments to get a federal student loan out of default. I am having financial problems and was unable to make a couple payments on time. They were willing to work with me on this issue and very friendly and professional about rescheduling my payments.

  Actually very nice, and lenient. There wasn't a person I spoke with that wasn't patient, and kind.

  Was put on hold for 1.5 hours, then was told that they are closed when in actuality they are open for another hour. Ridiculous.
