Pioneer Bank Reviews

tomballfloyd1We originally started banking at this location when it was First Community Bank. Then it became Pioneer Bank. It was still a local bank and I new everyone who worked there. This past year all of the staff seemed to be different and then we were told they had been purchased by Sunflower out of Colorado. Every experience has been horrible since. First they sent us our new debit cards. Called the activation number to activate the new card, destroyed the old card, then found out the new card would not work for 10 days. My wife tried to access our account online had issues called customer service and they would not talk to her because they only had me listed. It is a joint account. We did not want to bank with a national bank because the customer service always sucks with them and now that seems to be what is happening here. Time to go somewhere else.

CROWN POOLS1This bank has very unrealistic expectations for loan criteria for homeowners looking to borrow money for pool construction loans. on top of there unrealistic they want pool contractors to refer clients to them for 12 months before they add you to there list of approved vendors. They are dictating money that customers are borrowing and limiting them to a very small number of builders. In my opinion if you are borrowing money that you have to pay back you should be able to chose whom ever you like and feel is competent to do your project. Having dealt with many other banks none of them have such ridiculous lending policies, especially for the contractor not borrowing the money!

Dyna Mote5Love love this bank! They aren’t in it to make money off of you by charging you ridiculous fees. They are extremely nice and extremely welcoming when you walk through the front door. If they have ever been closed they usually let me in anyway to do what I need to do I can’t say anything bad about this bank!

Nicole Westrup1Poor poor customer service !!! Door was locked after 9. I was not able to get in until 9:15 the woman whom opened the door said they were not going to be opening the lobby but let me in to cash my check and told me they just haven't posted any signs !!! I don't bank here so I have to come in to cash my payroll check. Then I came to the counter and everyone didn't seem to want to help me the looks on their faces was ridiculous !!! I had to ask who was going to help me and which person do I need to go over to. I would not recommend this location, maybe you will have better luck somewhere else I hope.
