  Guild Mortgage Company did a great job helping my husband and I navigate the process of buying our first home. They were not the first mortgage company that we reached out to but, after several bad experiences elsewhere, we got a recommendation from our realtor. Austin did a great job of explaining everything to us and keeping us updated the whole time. Based on our previous experiences, and being self-employed, we thought that getting a mortgage was going to be absolute torture. It turns out, it was actually the easiest part of buying a house for us! I definitely recommend the team at Guild Mortgage for anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable mortgage company.

  Guild Mortgage was wonderful from beginning to end during my home buying process! Everyone I spoke with was so helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I was able to get into a home during such a tumultuous housing market. They really prioritize service and it shows. I highly recommend choosing Guild if you're looking for a home or refinancing!

  I originally used Guild Mortgage Tomball for my home purchase. Recently I used them for a cash out refinance. In both instances they were professional, courteous and very efficient. They were able to get me closed very quickly. Everyone I worked with did a very good job for me. Austin Jackson is the person who worked with me most. He kept me informed at all times, guided me and followed up on everything. Overall, it was an orderly, smooth process and I am extremely pleased. I would highly recommend Guild Mortgage Tomball to anyone looking for a mortgage company.

  Jeff Anderson and his team were amazing through the whole process of us purchasing our new home. They took care of everything and were very nice to work with. A year later and we've chosen to refinance with Guild as well. Couldn't ask for a better group of people who make the process so smooth and quick.

  Jeff, Austin and the entire team at Guild Mortgage was very helpful during the purchasing of my home. They all were very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.   The loan process with Guild Mortgage in Tomball, TX. with Jeff Anderson and his team was a great experience. They did what they said they were going to do. Didn’t matter what it was, they did it. Today that is hard to find with a lot of companies. They never over promised anything and kept us informed weekly! Also, they were almost a whole point lower on our rate than other mortgage companies without having to pay extra! Billie Chen was our main contact after initially speaking with Jeff. Billie was awesome!! Jeff, I told Billie right before we closed. Thank you and your team for everything!!!

  My wife and I were between two different lenders to purchase our new home. We both felt that Jeff Anderson's team had our best interest at heart and were looking out for what would help us the most. We were working with Austin Jackson and he was extremely easy to talk to and informative to all of our questions.
