  I've done 3 transactions with Pinnacle to date. Working on a 4th and many more to come. I've been approached by other hard money lenders offering less up front points and a lower rate. At then end of the day saving a point or a few percentage points isn't worth it. This company is well organized and keeps its eye on the ball. The funding is quick and easy. Construction draws are generally the next day wired into your account. There are many other ways to save on a flip. Get your funding from this company they are top notch.

  I have used Pinnacle Financial LLC for 2 hard money loans on rehab properties and the process has been simple and quick. They come out and approve the property in less then a week and close quickly. The disbursement are quick, and the money is in your account the day after inspection. This is a hassle free way to do a hard money loan for an experienced investor. I will use them for many more properties.
