Terrible bank, terrible customer service, extremely slow at depositng funds. They hold your funds for several days before they'll let you spend your money. They illegally hold pending charges for longer than they should in order to charge you over draft fees.

I got my card stolen and got 5 charges I didn't make they gave me that money back but the 5 overdraft fees that added up to over $200 wouldn't give me back so I went two weeks with my direct deposit going in getting no money so I don't think it was right at all!!
