  My wife and I refinanced our home with the help of Pinky and her team. I reached out to Pinky because of the great experience we had when first purchasing our house a few years ago. The refinancing went very smooth and we were able to get a very competitive rate. Pinky and her team went above and beyond by getting us an even lower interest rate a few weeks before closing.   My wife and I closed on our first house a few days before Xmas. Imagine the joy of finally becoming homeowners - our first big step! However, it could not have come together more seamlessly without the support of Pinky and her wonderful team. I mean it! Pinky set up a short video conference to get to know me and what I was looking for. She was very well prepared and I told her that I would prefer more use of technology for correspondence and communication. She, along with her immediate and extended team, was very respectful of my preferences. Pinky also spent time to explain to me the various jargon used in the home buying process. It was one thing for me to read and try to "figure it out" and a totally different thing to have an expert who lived and breathed this on a daily basis help me understand. At every step of the way, the team communicated the required documents and I found the uploading process of their site super easy. She even had her Happiness Director Nancy check in with me every Tuesday to ensure that I was in the loop and update me about the progress. Her team truly cares as I could see that they truly wanted to deliver a 5 STAR ***** Homeowner's experience. I never once felt compelled, but I was very confident that Pinky and her team were doing right by me as quickly and efficiently with me. Many heartfelt thanks to Pinky and her team.
