Eugene Fera1-100 if possible. Just to be clear, the staff is amazing. The way the CU has handled the software application update, nauseating. I have been on hold for 1 hour and 48 minutes trying to get to someone to help me get into my account. Obviously, this has been going on for days because the update did not just happen. Not putting all hands on deck until this is remedied is the failure.

Katherine Lackey5The Pima Federal Credit Union recently updated their digital banking app. I was having difficulty getting the new app to load my accounts and work properly. I called the branch manager, Manny Granillo, and he guided me through the process. He patiently stayed with me until he knew I had the app working and felt confident using their new, digital system. I am so impressed with Manny Granillo. I will use him at Pima Federal for all my future banking needs!

Chris Blaze1ATM never works. Got charged $130 in overdraft fees because it was a holiday but I still had to work and I got paid that day and couldn’t get my money in my account not even through the ATM which is always down and when it’s not down it’s rejects cash or checks 100% of the time.

Danny Chavez1What happened to this credit Union? I've been banking here since 2000's, when you walked in the teller knew your name! I had my kids open accounts there and sent my friends to do same. I've put up with changes and technical hippkups but the latest app version is a disaster and Im really considering jumping ship and take all my accounts somewhere else. Please fix this ASAP I'm sure Im not the only one closing accounts .

Cheryl Wells1The installation of the new computer system is a disaster. I have been unable to access my account for over a week. But this is compounded by the fact you cannot get through on the phone for assistance. I called this morning and was number 40 on the que. After waiting over two hours, the call was suddenly terminated. This is a management problem. It is clear the CEO doesn't really care about the credit union's customers nor the employees who I am sure are having to deal with upset people.

WK Willcox1Thier customer service is terrible. Calling in to simply make a payment, I was on hold for 1 hour and 53 minutes. There is no excuse for this system other than the customers time really isn't as "valuable" as they repeated on the automated message for that period of time. And PFCU's fees continue to increase.

Hailey Childress1I've literally been on hold for 25 mins and I'm still on the phone right now waiting. I'm afraid to hang up cause I've waited so long already and I dont want to lose my place. There isn't even a voice that says " thank you for holding ect...." it's just been music for almost 30 mins of being on hold. Very poorly ran

Chas Mendibles1I am beyond frustrated with pima federal right now. The mobile app updated yesterday and I am still unable to login. It says my username and password are incorrect however I haven't changed them. I've been calling for over an hour I can't get through to anyone. Anytime i press a number for one of the options the call disconnects. I have even tried emailing a request for them to contact me it does not go through.

Ben1This is probably one of the worst banking experiences I have had. ATM constantly broken, every visit was met with 15-20 minute waits, extremely poor covid protocols. On the covid thing, no employees are masked, they don't require masks for customers, and they don't even have the plexi glass shield which almost all other banks in the area have. The website/android app is great though, but as other people have mentioned for whatever reason transactions sometimes take forever to post. When I signed up, took two tries with customer service to get my debit card before I actually got one (and I initially ordered one when I set up my account). Anyway just wanted to warn people. They had really good reviews in the past on reddit and internet, which hooked me, but this was not a good experience. Moving on to a different bank.

Scott Duval2Has to be the slowest drivethru in town. Waited 45 mins,, 3 cars ahead of me. Cashier helps a car then goes to help people inside. Why not post someone at the window ?
