Heather Rowedda1MARION BRANCH: You’re not going to get the customer service or credit union experience you would expect. When trying to figure out an issue with our account, the rep quickly got aggravated for no reason. Anytime you’re dealing with someone else’s money, they are going to want to ask a lot of questions in an effort to obtain understanding. Questions and the sharing of information should not invoke an emotional response from someone who is suppose to be a professional in customer service and experience. Also, saying thank you or saying goodbye when ending a conversation is far more professional than hanging up on a customer as they are speaking. Not your neighborhood or hometown credit union. UPDATE: called the Mt Gilead branch, completely different experience. She took the time to review the account, was kind, patient and provided a resolution. She also provided a solution to prevent the issue from happening again. All over the phone. The other rep refused to continue to help unless we drove at least a half hour to a branch in person.

Uknown Unknown1My stepfather tried to add me and my wife as a beneficiary. We took the paperwork that was for him to leave us as his beneficiary to the Marion branch. Once I called to see what was going on I was told that I'm not a beneficiary. TOO BAD I COULDN'T LEAVE 0 STARS.

Sam Henderson2I live in Mansfield and have to drive to Marion everytime there is an issue with shared banking. That seems to be every month and its beyond inconvenient. Then i try to call to correct it and not once have I gotten a single teller to answer my call.

Elizabeth Abreo1Sincerely wish ZERO stars is an option! Every person in the branch is RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! Be very worried about your money because they take it for every and any reason. Stolen card? Fraud charges? They don't care! You pay for their lack of security. Even when you request a new card, they still allow charges to go through and they don't even investigate! It's YOUR problem. Switch banks or dont bank with them at all, ever! Wish I would have known, Would have kept my account open with my previous bank. Hope they shut this place down!
Response from the ownerWhoa. That doesn't sound like us our how we operate at all. We have multiple layers of fraud protection and monitoring in place for every person who banks with us. We'll look into your situation and see if anything didn't happen the way it should.

Sarah Kirby5Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I’ve been with them for 14 years and never had any issues. We do many of our loans through them as well. Great experience and I rest easy knowing my money is taken care of.

Lawrence Havens2It was easier to go to another bank and open a whole new account than simply deposit a check endorsed to me into my savings account. I was so frustrated I took all my money over to Chase where I had no problem.

polly walker3Bank with them more then 10 years but problem with them if unauthorized transactions happen they wont stop it . They wouldn't work with me on it . Even though they cancel my card they let the transaction go through . The scammer stole 149.22 from my checking . Their saving good. But check not secure . They could of prevent but they refuse to .

Lisa3Kellie is rude my client sometimes have multiple checks that need cashed. And needs them done separate with there own receipts. He has many activities! So he separates his $ in different accounts at home. Every time we get her she looks at me like i have 3 heads. Just do them one at a time please. We are going to the other one andits closer to his house!
