  The staff is always friendly from the moment you walk in the door. If any questions, they answer quickly. If I need to cash in change no issues. If I want to withdraw money, they do it quickly and with a smile and I’m on my merry way. I enjoy working with them.

  Kim K. In loans was a huge help in getting me a loan for a new car. All the staff is very friendly and happy to assist in any way they can. I'm so happy I bank with them.

  Stopped by to check rates for mortgages. Spoke with someone in office who told me to wait in the lobby. However, She failed to notify anyone that I was waiting. I would’ve liked to have possibly done business but they don’t seem to want new business very badly.

  Tried to make a,payment for my car loan over the phone using my debit card..First she said it would be a $15 extra fee then she said they can't accept debit cards..They need to make it friendlier for customers to make payments with out jumping through hoops to do it...

  Good rates on savings accounts, probably the best I've found in town. Love the online banking. And the coin machine is awesome. They let you do it yourself.

  Truck in service for first two months of ownership, sent proof to their office and still charging me for lapse of insurance when I never took the truck on delivery, raised my payments and offers zero help for resolution. Would never recommend using this crooked bank.

  Phone service sucks way to complicated just put number up for each branch instead of stupid automated service.
