  I rented one their cabins because we had a project to do in the pickwick area. I had a hard time getting the cabin booked in the first place with playing phone tag back and forth. The cabin was clean when we arrived which was good. However, the water had been shut off at the street and we had to wait for the city to come turn the water back on before we could get showers as we had been working in the heat of the summer. On check out day we went back to work to finish the project and when we returned to shower and check out at 10:15 the cleaning people were already there and said we were not permitted to take shower.   You left last night remember? Your men left and took all their belongings with them this morning. My housekeepers were under the impression they had checked out. When they saw food left in fridge, rather than throw it away, I contacted you and asked if they wanted to come back by and get it. You then called them and they said yes, so housekeeping bagged it up for them. At no time did anyone say they wanted to bring their toiletries and clothes back in to shower. Housekeeping had already cleaned the bathrooms and asked them not to mess them up when they came back by. The men called you, I called housekeeping and told her to let them shower. If you will read the last message from me you will see that. Regarding the water, as soon as I heard from you I called the cabin owner and he got the water back on.

  Beverly was great to work with and made the process so easy. Cabin was nice and clean. Very quiet area, will be back.. My family had a great time.
